Where's Common Sense?
I learned an interesting fact - apparently scientists spent money to find out why pregnant women don't tip over. Seems that women have a more flexible spine, curving out by as much as 60% by the end of pregnancy so that women can comfortably (ha!) move around without falling over under all those frontal weight. Sheesh. And the findings of this study will be applicable how?
Meanwhile, I've recalculated the rate of increase for the Mendocino sleeves, and I think I can go with increasing every 6th row. Let's hope that works.
I've been spending a lot of time on Ravelry and it's great, and it's made for really odd connections, showing that it's a small world after all. It seems that one of members who I friended is a friend of someone at church that I've had a chance to interact with over the past several years. And I've found old friends from the past, as well as new friends. Thanks to Casey and Jess for setting this site up.

I could have told them it was a compensation thing, and they could have paid me the big bucks. Grin
I saw that article and thought what a waste of money. It has long been known that women's spines are more flexible than men's. That is why we are able to do so much more than they can.
